About us

Im Allison, (Ali) a local maker who created Artisans of Adelaide in 2018 after seeing a need in the industry for event organisers who understood what stallholders AND customers were wanting from an event.

Since then our mission has been to create spaces to

support local SA makers and events that delight our visitors.

We have worked in and created local events, Pop Up shops, Artisan markets and Christmas events, all to support our South Australian makers.

My team and I are passionate about the amazing talent Adelaide has to offer and wish to provide a platform to small businesses to showcase their products.

Our first Pop Up Event was for 5 weeks in Rundle St for the Adelaide Fringe in 2018, then again in a new location in Rundle st for our thriving Night Market during Fringe in 2019 and last in 2020.

We enjoyed record crowds (Pre Covid) at our Pop Up Bar, and our visitors shopped the night away with over 35 of our local Makers and Creators.

In 2018 and 2019 the City of Adelaide engaged us to create an Artisan Christmas Market in Victoria Square as part of the Christmas Light Festive nights event..

We have worked with Pt Adelaide Enfield Council to create a local community market and now we are working with Prospect Council in our new RETAIL SPACE on Prospect Road, Artisans of Prospect!

We love what we do and I look forward to creating more events and spaces for local makers to thrive in future.
